OUR STORY
Dean Quirk began in 1988 with a single track machine, taking on occasional jobs while attending college. Those early years laid the foundation for the family business Spring Lake Construction is today.
Together, Dean and his wife, Holly, have grown the business and expanded its capabilities—from pond construction and site clearing to residential site development, street improvements, and complete wastewater treatment facilities.
Dean and Holly have four children. Their only son, Drew, has joined the business and currently works in various roles at Spring Lake, continuing the family’s involvement in its future.
Our experience includes work for various Iowa cities and municipalities, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, and the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, as well as private developers and individual landowners. We have worked on both privately and federally funded projects.
