We welcome applications from experienced operators of GPS-equipped dozers, excavators, tractors, and scrapers. Applications are considered as opportunities become available.

  • At least three years of solid heavy equipment operating experience.
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of basic machine maintenance, daily upkeep, and diagnosing common equipment problems.
  • A dependable, safety-conscious approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

GPS machine-control experience and the ability to read construction plans, elevations, and grades are preferred.
